175 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received the report of the property management section of the Office of Public Works on the acquisition of a site for a school building to facilitate the amalgamation of two schools (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and, if so, the progress to date in 2001 in this regard. My Department's building unit will give further consideration to this matter as soon as all relevant documentation has been received from the Office of Public Works. Decisions relating to the acquisition of a site will be taken in the light of the allocations to be made for school building purposes and when all budget decisions have been taken by the Government.
