131 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he is in receipt of an application by persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny for a first time buyer's grant; and if the application can be expedited. [31292/01]

The application in this case was received on 16 November. An inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, if in order, will be carried out as soon as possible.
