Business of Dáil.

It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders and the order of the Dáil of 5 December 2001, that the Dáil shall sit later than 4.45 p.m. today and business shall be interrupted not later than 7 p.m; that Report and Final Stages of No. 49 shall be taken not later than 2 p.m. and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 4 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform; that Question Time shall be taken today at 4 p.m. until 5.15 p.m, and, in the event of a private notice question being allowed, it shall be taken at 4.45 p.m. and the order shall resume thereafter.

Deputy Hayes will not get to the Red Cow until midnight now.
