18 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress of the Garda investigation into an allegation of endangerment arising from a helicopter flight on the night of 25/26 August 2001; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32102/01]
As I indicated in my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 134 of 13 November, 2001 the Garda Síochána is investigating an allegation of endangerment in relation to a helicopter flight on the night of 25 August and the morning of 26 August 2001. The matter is still under investigation and a file will be forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions in due course.
