266 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a review of particular sections of the Diseases of Animals (Amendment) Act, 2001, will take place; the steps he will take to consolidate the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966, and the Diseases of Animals (Amendment) Act, 2001; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A review of section 17A of the Diseases of Animals (Amendment) Act, 2001, and of the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1966 to 2001, is currently under way in my Department.
