Question:327 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a survey engineer will be sent out to rectify an error by the Land Commission in registration of portioned plots (details supplied). [2131/02]

A voluntary re-arrangement of the lands in question was prepared by my inspectorate late last year and the survey branch in my Department will shortly be carrying out an on the ground check of the rearrangement in question. Once this is completed the case will be examined with a view to preparing the necessary documentation for lodge ment in the Land Registry, which is the next stage in the title rectification process.
