349 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a suckler cow premia payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2422/02]

An advance payment, representing 80% of his entitlement under the 2001 suckler cow premium scheme, will issue to the person named within the next seven days.
