Question:377 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a third year REP scheme payment. [2753/02]

The person named lodged an application to join REPS 2 on 21 December 2001 and the application is being processed at present in accordance with the targets set out in the protocol on direct payments to farmers.
