Question:433 Mr. N. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance the progress which has been made in finalising the release of title deeds to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [2233/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
The matter is still receiving attention and it is expected to be concluded in the near future. The commissioners regret the delay in finalising this case and are engaged in urgent consultation with the Chief State Solicitor in order to close the matter as quickly as possible.
