Question:538 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will ask the South-Western Health Board to confirm support for a project (details supplied). [1574/02]
Written Answers. - Health Board Funding.
I understand that the South-Western Area Health Board has received an application for funding in relation to the project referred to by the Deputy. The processing of the application for health board funding for this project is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority and the South-Western Area Health Board.
My Department has asked the regional chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to reply directly to the Deputy indicating the present position in relation to the funding application as soon as possible.
