1034 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report on the examination of the disabled drivers' tax exemption scheme; when the work commenced; when it was due to commence; and the reason for the delay. [2803/02]
An inter-departmental review group on the disabled drivers' and disabled passengers' (tax concessions) scheme was established in April 1998. Work on the report of the group is at an advanced stage and will be presented to the Minister for Finance once completed.
