Vol. 547 No. 3

Written Answers. - Garda Stations.

Michael Finucane

Question:

339 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the refurbished Garda station at a location (details supplied) in County Limerick is now vacant; his plans to allocate a sergeant on a permanent basis to the station to allay concerns of the local community; if the Garda station will be brought under the control of the Bruff Garda division; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3555/02]

I have sought a report from the Garda authorities in the matter referred to by the Deputy which is not yet to hand. When it is available I will communicate further with the Deputy.
