Vol. 547 No. 3

Priority Questions.

On a point of order, I see the Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment rising with a reply in his hand. This question was directed to the Minister. This matter is of such importance, with the greatest of respect to the Minister of State, that I would ask the Minister to handle the issue.

That is not a point of order.

This is a crisis matter.

It is not and the Deputy is out of order. This is a long standing practice.

I am asking for direction from the Chair. I submitted this question in good faith to the Minister.

The Chair has no control in this matter. The Deputy is being disorderly and should resume his seat.

I am asking the Minister to reply to the question. The Minister of State has been in charge of this brief for four and a half years and he has failed.

The Deputy is being disorderly. He must allow Question Time to proceed.
