129 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application for registration and issuing of a new folio number can be expedited in the case of persons (details supplied) in County Carlow. [4020/02]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 14 June 2001. I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitor on 5 February 2002 and that on receipt of a satisfactory response the matter will receive further attention and be dealt with as soon as possible.
