Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science the reasons a project (details supplied) in Dublin 9 has been refused funding for the development of targeted education in responses to certain children at risk; if, in view of the fact that this project has a specific aim to support young people to remain in school, he will outline other avenues of funding which may be available to the project.
