Written Answers. - Decentralisation Programme.
It remains my intention that the Government will proceed with a new programme of decentralisation and the Government is continuing to evaluate the many issues associated with such a programme. In view of my determination that decisions in relation to a new programme should be taken only after proper deliberation, I am not yet in a position to say when I expect such decisions to be taken.
