Question:123 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if a forestry premium payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [5921/02]
Payment of the 2000 and 2001 forestry premia was delayed pending receipt of documentation establishing the farmer status of the person in question. The documentation is now to hand and payment of the outstanding premia will be made within the next two weeks. Payment of the 2002 premium will be made before the end of March.
