Written Answers. - National Car Test.
I understand from the vehicle distributor in question that if the car owner contacts the local dealership a seat belt will be fitted to the car without any charge. The situation is the subject of general discussions between my Department and the distributor. It will be necessary to present the car for a test after it has been fitted with the extra seat belt in order to obtain a test certificate.
