Question:167 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will complete registration of dealings for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo. [7357/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealings referred to by the Deputy refer to applications for first registration which were lodged on 26 April, 2000. Dealing numbers D2000SM003424J and D2000SM007365M refer.
I am further informed that documents sent by the lodging solicitors to the Land Registry have not yet been received. The Land Registry has discussed this matter with the lodging solicitors and discussions are ongoing.
