Question:439 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will give consideration to granting statutory legal rights to psychiatric nurses to full compensation for injury or assault sustained in their workplace in line with that available to members of the Garda Síochána and other categories in view of the fact that the number of incidents of assaults and the severity of assaults have increased greatly over the past number of years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
