I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the Dáil of 8th March, 2002, referring the Courts and Court Officers Bill, 2001, to the Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, that the proceedings in the Select Committee shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 7 p.m. on Friday, 22nd March, 2002, by one Question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, or a Minister of State, nominated as substitute on his behalf; whereupon the Select Committee shall, in accordance with Standing Order 79B, send a message to the Dáil in relation to the completion of its consideration of the Courts and Court Officers Bill, 2001, and Standing Order 79A(2) shall apply accordingly."
