My Department is working on a framework for a pharmacy Bill to rationalise and update the Pharmacy Acts, 1875 to 1977. The project has not reached the stage where a new pharmacy Bill is ready to be introduced. It is hoped draft heads of a new pharmacy Bill will be ready by the end of this year.
