500 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if an application for grant assistance has been received for the community hall in Achill Sound, Achill, County Mayo; and when she expects to make an announcement in this regard. [11175/02]

An application for assistance with the funding of the project mentioned in the question is being examined in my Department and a decision will be made when this process has been completed.
