Vol. 552 No. 2

Written Answers. - Visa Applications.

John McGuinness

Question:

122 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) can obtain a re-entry visa to travel to Nigeria; and the status of this person. [12188/02]

On the basis of the information available to me I am not in a position to approve the issue of a re-entry visa to the person in question. He has not been compliant with immigration law while present in this jurisdiction. However, it is open to the person in question to apply for an entry visa upon his return to Nigeria.
