Question:37 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the reason for the delay in a forestry payment to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [12177/02]

Payment of outstanding forestry premiums will be made to the person in question within the next three weeks. The delay was caused by a technical problem within my Department's forestry premium payment system which has since been rectified.
