151 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science if his Department will provide a permanent resource teacher for Scoil Bhríde, Loreto national school, Killarney, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12652/02]

My Department received an application for resource teacher support from the school in question on 19 April 2002.

This application is currently being processed and my officials will be in contact with the school authorities shortly.
