106 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the 2002 Estimates for public capital spending by her Department; if the net expenditure under headings is likely on present trends to be exceeded; and if so, the amount by which in each case. [13464/02]

The net Estimate for public capital spending by my Department, as published in the Revised Estimates Volume 2002 is €270 million. On present trends the net expenditure under subheads is not likely to be exceeded.
