622 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to parliamentary questions (details supplied), the position in relation to a Garda station (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13703/02]

I have been informed by the Office of Public Works that they have signed the contract for the purchase of alternative accommodation for the existing Garda station referred to by the Deputy. The board is, I am informed, awaiting completion of the transaction by the Chief State Solicitor.
