372 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if the old church and cemetery at Tullaroan, County Kilkenny has been taken into guardianship by his Department; when this process will be completed; if the building will be made safe; and when this work will commence. [14628/02]
Discussions regarding the transfer of this property are still ongoing with Kilkenny County Council. Until such time as the monument is transferred into my Department's care, whether through transfer of title or through guardianship, my Department, is unable to carry out works to it. It is not possible to confirm at this stage when this process may be completed.
