150 Mr. Haughey asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she will issue a work permit to an employer (details supplied) who wishes to employ a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [14652/02]

Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Ms Harney)

A work permit in respect of the individual concerned has issued and was forwarded to the employer on 23 May 2002.
