324 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Sligo has not received a REP scheme payment; if his Department will ensure it is released immediately; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16237/02]

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh):

Payment issued to the person named on 30 September. His application was processed in accordance with the targets set out in the Protocol on direct payments to farmers.
