Question:355 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when an area aid payment for 2002 will be made in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16873/02]

The 2002 area aid application of the person named has been fully processed with no errors and with an area determined for payment of arable aid of 94.46 hectares and a forage area of 58.53 hectares.
A 50% advance payment under the arable aid scheme and an 80% advance payment under the bovine premium schemes will be made to all eligible applicants as and from 16 October 2002. The balance of the arable aid payments will be made as and from 16 November 2002.
