1023 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the difference in waiting lists for Mayo General Hospital for all the procedures to be carried out; the number of people on each list; and the details of the waiting length for assessment and treatment in each list. [15955/02]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Details of the waiting time for assessment and treatment in each specialty at Mayo General Hospital is not routinely collected by my Department. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board to look into this matter and reply directly to the Deputy.
