I move:
"That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, with effect from Tuesday, 15th October, 2002, and until further notice in the 29th Dáil, Standing Order 38 shall be amended as follows:
The following shall apply in substitution for subsection (1)(iv):
(iv) The sequence in which Questions nominated for priority are placed on the Order Paper each day over a two week period shall be as follows:
