Question:150 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive an area based payment for 2002. [17899/02]
Adjournment Debate. - Grant Payments.
The person named claimed a parcel of land in her 2002 area aid application which is also being claimed by another herdowner. Both herdowners have been written to in order to clarify the matter and replies are awaited. Until this matter is resolved the area aid application of the person named cannot be fully processed and no area related payments can issue.

Question:151 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Sligo has not received a headage payment; if this person will encounter further payment delays; when the payment will be released; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The 2002 area aid application of the person named has been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 56.66 hectares. The person named will be paid his full entitlement under the 2002 area-based compensatory allowance scheme within the next seven days.
