Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Olivia Mitchell – to ask the Minister for Health and Children to outline what action he is taking to ensure a safe and regular service for the clients of St. Vincent's Navan Road who are now six weeks without a service; (2) Deputy Deasy – the need to provide financial assistance to allow Waterford County Council to purchase the Villiers Stuart Papers; (3) Deputy Fiona O'Malley – in the light of the findings of a new report, The Experience of Teenage Pregnancy in the South East, the urgent need for more relevant and comprehensive sex education programmes and reproductive health services for teenagers; (4) Deputy Neville – the construction of a new school at St. Nicholas primary school, Adare; (5) Deputy O'Sullivan – the need for the Minister for Health and Children to allocate funding to health boards and the ERHA in order that medical card holders in private nursing homes can be provided with free incontinence wear to which they are legally entitled; (6) Deputy Seán Ryan – the steps the Minister for Tourism, Sports and Recreation proposes to take to ensure the availability of Morton Stadium for next year's Special Olympics; (7) Deputy Coveney – what actions need to be taken to secure free to air television coverage of international Irish soccer matches and Irish rugby internationals, played at home; (8) Deputy Cowley – in the light of disturbing reports of imminent job losses at the Oasis Factory in Ballina, County Mayo, what steps is the Tánaiste taking to secure these jobs and whether the Tánaiste will consider reactivating the North Mayo Enterprise Initiative, the so-called north Mayo task force, to secure badly needed employment opportunities in the north Mayo area; (9) Deputy McManus – the need for the Minister for the Environment and Local Government to make resources available to Wicklow County Council to deal with the problem of illegal dumping in the county and put in place a programme for the removal of waste and the rehabilitation of sites.

The matters raised by Deputies Crowley, Seán Ryan, Olivia Mitchell and Fiona O'Malley have been selected for discussion.
