139 Mr. Andrews asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the categories of economic aid which will be tied to compliance by non-EU member states with standards relating to repatriation of illegal immigrants and failed asylum applicants; and the categories of humanitarian aid which will not be tied to such compliance. I am to inform the Deputy that in so far as my responsibilities relate to the repatriation of illegal immigrants and failed asylum applicants, no decision has been made which links categories of economic aid to non-EU member states with standards relating to such returns.
