As the Deputy will be aware the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs was set up during 2002 and our receipts for this year will be made up of amounts relevant to Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands for the early part of the year and for the new Department thereafter. Thus the projected total of €64,482,000 for 2002 does not bear comparison with the previous two years, given the impact of the charges in departmental functions on the appropriation-in-aid.
