280 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children if the Western Health Board and Galvia Hospital, Galway, will work closely with a person (details supplied) in County Galway and give her the drug ramisson to improve her quality of life. [18886/02]

The provision of medical services in this instance is the responsibility of the Western Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board to investigate the position in relation to this case and reply to the Deputy directly.
