Bill entitled an Act to give effect to the Council of Europe Agreement on Illicit Traffic by Sea implementing Article 17 of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, to amend the Criminal Justice Act, 1994, and to provide for related matters.
