630 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay in re-issuing of a green card to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11; if this card will be issued immediately; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20170/02]

Consideration is being given to the issuance of a Garda registration certificate in this particular case having regard to all of the relevant circumstances which are peculiar to the case.
