320 Mr. Eamon Ryan asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the dates on which his Department received the Coillte Teoranta Timber Trading Limited annual report and accounts for year ended 31 December 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001, respectively. [21197/02]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 319 and 320 together.
The companies, Coillte Teoranta Timber Trading Limited and Coillte Teoranta Forestry Management Limited are 100% held subsidiary companies of Coillte Teoranta. The consolidated results of the companies were included in the annual report and accounts of Coillte Teoranta for each of the years in question. Pursuant to sections 30(2) and 31(1) of the Forestry Act, 1988, the reports and accounts are laid before each House of the Oireachtas no later than six months after the end of each accounting year.
