I propose to take Questions Nos. 392 to 397, inclusive, together.
Under the Courts Service Act, 1998, the Courts Service is independent in the performance of its functions, which include the provision of information on the courts system. In this instance, I am informed by the Courts Service that statistics are not compiled in such a way to provide the information sought by the Deputy.
