148 Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if an appeal for a work permit by a company (details supplied) will be expedited; if the exceptional circumstances of the case and the importance of the skills of the person to the business will be considered; and if a permit will be issued without delay.
