I move:
(1) That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the resolution of the Dáil of 15 October 2002 relating to Standing Order 38 is hereby rescinded.
(2)That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, with effect from 26 November 2002 and until further notice in the 29th Dáil, Standing Order 38 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to public business is hereby amended by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (1)(iv):–
(iv)The sequence in which questions nominated for priority are placed on the Order Paper each day over a two week period shall be as follows:
