398 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a visa will be granted to a person (details supplied) in the Philippines. [22205/02]

The visa application in question has been refused. It is open to the applicant to appeal against the refusal by writing to the visa appeals officer in my Department. The immigration division, which includes the visa office, has moved to 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
