Question:96 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a 2002 ewe premium and supplementary payment. [23146/02]

The application under the 2002 ewe premium was made on 20 December 2001 by the son of the person named who was the registered herdowner. Payment was withheld pending refund of moneys owed by the applicant to the Department under the REP scheme. As this money was recently refunded, arrangements are now being made to have the 2002 ewe premium and supplementary premium paid shortly.
