107 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report of the Nally inquiry into allegations that the Garda withheld information from its counterparts in Northern Ireland which, it is claimed, might have helped to prevent the Omagh bombing; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand the group has made good progress in examining the various issues raised in a report by the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland and that it expects to be in a position to report back to me shortly.
