122 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Finance his views on the Irish Insurance Federation's proposals to tackle the issue of flooding; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23952/02]

I hope to meet the Irish Insurance Federation in the near future to discuss their proposals for a national flood defence agency.
