247 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 323 of 18 June 2002, the position regarding the building project for Ballyduff national school; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24487/02]

Architectural planning for a major building project at Ballyduff national school is at an early stage.

I intend to publish my Department's expenditure proposals for school buildings in January. In the meantime it is not possible to say when individual projects will progress to construction.
